Thawing instructions
Place the frozen products in the refrigerator (0-4ºC) for approximately 24 hours until thawed

Heating instructions
*Heating time may vary based on the model of appliance (watts/temperature).
Fully thawed & remoe the duck from packaging.
*Microwave from thawed
1. Place the duck on microwaveable plate.
2. Reheat for 1:00-1:30 minutes in microwave (1400 watts) until piping hot.
3. allow to cool and serve
*Oven from thawed
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
2. Place the duck in foil prior to cooking on a baking tray and reheat for 15 minutes until piping hot.
3. Allow to cool and serve.
*Air Fry from thawed
1. Remove all packaging.
2.Place product in air fryer basket
3. Cook for 5-10 minutes at 200 ºC
4. Ensure product is cooking right through before serving.

Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume immediately after opening.
