Aromatic Crispy Duck 60 % (of which boneless duck 97%, sugar, salt, white pepper powder, glucose powder, chinese five spices powder (cinnamon, fennel, star anise, coriander seed, szechuan pepper), distilled vinegar). Pancake 20% (wheat flour, water, soybean oil, salt). Hoisin Sauce 20% (water, sugar, soybean, modified tapioca starch (E1442), garlic, salt, vinegar, spices powder (garlic, cinnamon, Star anise, coriander), sesame oil, wheat, colour (E150a), soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), thickener (E415)).

How it’s made
วิธีการปรุง
Thawing instructions
Place the frozen products (Duck, Pancakes, and Hoisin Sauce) in the refrigerator
(Chill temperature at 0-4ºC) approximately 24 hours.
Heating instructions (Duck)
Fully thawed & remove the duck from packaging.
Oven from thawed:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Place the boneless half duck on a baking tray and reheat for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.
3. Slice the duck into strips or shred the duck using 2 forks.
Heating instructions (Hoisin Sauce & Pancakes)
Microwave from thawed:
1. Fully thawed and remove Hoisin sauce from the packaging. Pour sauce in microwaveable
bowl and reheat for 40-50 seconds in microwave (800 watts).
2. Fully thawed and remove pancakes from the packaging. Place pancakes on microwaveable plate and reheat for 10-20 seconds in microwave (800 watts).
3. Wrap the duck, Hoisin sauce, pancakes and your preferred vegetables and enjoy.
วิธีการเก็บรักษา
Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume immediately after opening.
