    Thawing instructions

    Place the frozen products (Duck, Pancakes, and Hoisin Sauce) in the refrigerator (Chill temperature at 0-4C) approximately 24 hours.

    Heating instructions (Duck)

    *Heating time may vary based on the model of appliances (watts / temperature).

    Fully thawed & remove the duck from packaging.

    Oven from thawed

    1. Preheat oven to 200C.
    2. Place the boneless half duck on a baking tray and reheat for 20-25 minutes until piping hot.
    3. Slice the duck into strips or shred the duck using 2 forks.

    Microwave from thawed

    1. Place the boneless half duck on microwaveable plate.
    2. Reheat for 4:00-4 ½ minutes in microwave (800 Watts) until piping hot.
    3. Slice the duck into strips or shred the duck using 2 forks.

     

    Heating instructions (Hoisin Sauce & Pancakes)

    *Heating time may vary based on the model of appliances (watts / temperature).

    Microwave from thawed

    1. Fully thawed and remove Hoisin sauce from the packaging. Pour sauce in microwaveable bowl and reheat for 40-50 seconds in microwave (800 watts).
    2. Fully thawed and remove pancakes from the packaging. Pour pancakes in microwaveable plate and reheat for 10-20 seconds in microwave (800 watts).
    3. Wrap the duck, Hoisin sauce, pancakes and your preferred vegetables and enjoy.

    Keep frozen at -18°c or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.

    Consume immediately after opening.
